Boot cuffs with bow – Toppers Free crochet pattern
Fall is almost here, and the cool weather is coming with it.
Fall is my favorite season, as is not hot, but not too cold yet, and also I get to use all the
goodies that I knit and crochet. Like scarves, gloves and warmers!!
Looking forward to some cool weather, I made these little toppers for my sister.
She’s my perfect excuse to knit and crochet all these little cute items. She likes to wear them, and I like to make them! (what a perfect team!)
I hope you like it as much as she did, so here is the pattern!

Hi. Can you tell me the best way to size this for a child? Would love to make matching mommy/daughter boot cuffs. Thanks. 🙂
First, sorry for the delay in answering..
Second, love the idea of matching boot cuffs!!
Third, I created a post just to explain how I would resize and adapt the pattern, so here it is: https://www.craftytuts.com/boot-cuff-adapting-pattern/
i just came across this pattern and very confused. 50 stitches??is the size of a persons head.. is this correct? thxs
Is 50 rows. And the way they are made, they are stretchy, so they stay together very closely until is stretched to fit the leg.
First , Love these. They are suck a small touch that makes a huge impact.
Second, did you just do 50 sts on Rnd 1around the top? Ans if I do a smaller set do you just match Sts with the amount of rows made? I hope that makes sense.
thanks for your comment! glad you like it.
And yes, after closing the 50 rows together, and then starting to work on rounds, I did pick up one stitch for every stitch below, and since there were 50 rows, that makes 50 stitches. If you make less rows to make it smaller, then you just pick up as many stitches you have below (and of course will be the same if you make it bigger).
