On today’s blog post I want to share 15 Free Patterns for Knitted Cowls.
I’m sure that by know you know that I know everything knitted. I might not knit everything due to time issues, but I love even knitted coasters. (really)
Due to time constrains, I am forced to be wise about what projects I choose to knit, and in order to knit more things, I tend to choose small to medium projects.
I also love fashion, accesorries and everything related. So that also influences me when is time to chose my next project.
Because of the reasons I mentioned above, and a couple more, cowls are between my favorite projects to knit.
There are so many good reasons to knit cowls. First, they’re a wonderful accesory that can enhance about any outfit. (Got my fashion bug at check with this one). They are usually quick to knit. (this one appeals to my lack of time), and if that is not enough, most cowls use a small amoun of yarn, making them a very affordable knit.
As we get into fall, and keep moving toward winter, cowls can not only be cute to wear, but also a necessity in the very low temperatures of Alaska. (yup, one year and counting living in the very north).
As always, I love to look around and create a list with some amazing designs, and to make them even better, all of them are free patterns!
