Also known as Midsummer, the Summer Solstice is a time for celebration. Is the longest day of the year, and probably also the brightest.
It features open stitches to allow the summer breeze to go thru, and be worn comfortably even during warmer days.
The stole is worked seamlessly from side to side, using a combination of chain and double crochet stitches. The stitches are worked in an alternating pattern, creating a curved edge.
Skill level: Easy
Gauge: in double crochet 24 stitches by 14 rows = 4 inches (10 cm)
Stitches used and abbreviations:
Ch = chain
Dc = double crochet
St = Stitch(es)
Yarn: Fingering weight
Yarn showed in sample: Knit Picks Diadem Fingering (50% baby Alpaca, 50% Mulberry Silk)
Yardage: 950 yards (869 meters)
Hook: Crochet hook B (2.0 mm) or necessary hook to obtain gauge.

I’m looking tor the tutorials mentioned in the pattern but have t had any luck thus far.
I have also been unable to find the tutorials mentioned in the pattern I purchased via Knit Picks..
