Hello, hello! In today’s post I want to share with everyone a Bathroom Mat Free Crochet Pattern.

Now, in my mind, this bathroom mat would be perfect for any family bathroom, new or old. It adds a touch of color and just completes the room. And I know that people would love having something like this, as I made one for my friend recently. She and her husband have just redone their bathroom, as they wanted to get shower doors custom-built for their bathroom, and I decided to make one of these mats for them.

Honestly their bathroom is absolutely stunning. You can tell that a lot of time and effort went into designing it. Plus, they finally have a brand new boiler to replace their old one! For as long as I can remember the boiler in their house had not been working properly, so it is a huge relief to hear that they managed to get help and could get to the bottom of the issue. Besides, there is nothing worse than a cold bathroom or having to take a shower in cold water! Not to mention the major problems they had with their draining system earlier down the line too, but luckily, all they had to do was click here to find a local plumber and their issues were solved!

Accordingly, we have actually been inspired to carry out some work on our own bathroom. It is about time that we got a new heating system fitted so my friend has told me to view website for the plumber that she contacted. Some things are best left to the experts after all, and getting your heating in working order is definitely one of those things.

Anyway, this bathroom mat is extremely easy to make and looks really nice (in my humble opinion).

*Disclosure

This Bathroom Mat is not a big project but is not small at all either. I won’t lie, it is not a quick project to finish. But it is so worth it!
And, if you have made blankets, throws, and afghans before, this won’t be a challenge at all.

As I mentioned before, it is rather simple, but it could take 1 or 2 days to complete (depending on how many hours you spend crocheting it, and how fast you are).

Is worked in worsted weight yarn, so it doesn’t take too long, but being about 31 inches by 20 inches, it requires that you spend some time with it, and of course it doesn’t compare with most common projects like hats and scarves.

The positive aspect of this project is that it can be super affordable for a bathroom decor piece, being that yarn is not at all that expensive.
Also, you can choose any color and easily match your already existing bathroom or home decor colors.
And last, this could be a really nice piece to sell. (If you’re wondering, I don’t mind if you use my patterns to create items to sell. If you do I’d love if you showed everyone the finished project by using the hashtag #craftytuts if posted on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter)
