Sweet Potatoes are a classic and between the favorite ingredients used on many Thanksgiving dinners.
Many have grown up with families recipes that they love and include for their Thanksgiving dinner, but that is not my experience, as I grew up in South America. I moved to the US a few years ago, and started celebrating Thanksgiving as well, since is a lovely holiday, and my family up here introduced this tradition to me. But, since I didn’t have the opportunity to grow up celebrating this holiday, I don’t have my own collection of family recipes when I want to cook either traditional recipes. But thanks to technology, I am still able to find lots of Thanksgiving recipes, both traditional or modern and re-vamped!
So, planning ahead of time, I started to look at some options for Thanksgiving dishes, and since Sweet Potatoes are available during this time of the year and is a favorite for so many homes, I decided that I want to include a Sweet Potatoes dish in my Thanksgiving dinner, the problem is that I haven’t decided on what just yet.
Since I am making a list for myself, why not share it with everyone. So if you already know you will be using Sweet Potatoes for your thanksgiving dinner, but just like me, unsure about what to make, this list will be helpful for you.
